The PM4-RS, PM4-RSA and PM4-SSI are panel mount
instruments accepting various types of serial data. The PM4-RS accepts
data from a RS232, RS485 or serial current loop input (factory
configured). The display is programmable and incoming data strings can be
interrogated to strip off irrelevant data. This makes this instrument
very flexible and ideal as a remote display. The PM4-RSA accepts data
from a RS485 input. It offers the ability to address multiple inputs (up
to 8 AIC instruments only) and perform arithmetic functions on the data
received. The PM4-SSI utilises a Synchronous Serial Interface (SSI)
input. This allows connection to a source at a distance of up to 1200m
over a 4 core twisted pair cable. All PM4 Panel meters offer a wide range
of power supply, display and output options.
